RB mechanical services acting as the principal contractor, completed the 6-week project in 5 weeks, within live school environment. The project consisted of a full plantroom replacement to the school buildings consisting of classrooms, offices, corridors, hall, and communal areas. The works were completed in a challenging live environment, with heating/hot water maintained to all occupied areas throughout the project.

The replacement with new services included the following:

 

  • Building management systems
  • Heating, water services, plant and equipment
  • Heating and water services pipework
  • Flues
  • Insulation
  • Water treatment
  • HVAC Commissioning
  • Building works, decoration and fire stopping
