RB Mechanical Services acting as the principal contractor, completed the 8-week project in 6 weeks, within live school environment. The project consisted of a full plantroom replacement to the school buildings consisting of classrooms, offices, corridors, hall, toilets and communal areas.
The replacement with new services included the following.

- Heating and water services pipework
- Flues
- Insulation
- Water treatment
- HVAC Commissioning
- Building works, decoration and fire stopping
