RB mechanical services acting as the principal contractor completed the 6-week summer project in 5 weeks. The project consisted of the complete removal and replacement of the water services infrastructure, tanks, cylinders, water heaters and pipework to the main building classrooms, toilets, and kitchen areas. The replacement with new services consisted of the following.

- HVAC Commissioning
- Building works, decoration and fire stopping
- Joinery works
