RB mechanical services acting as the principal contractor, completed the 20-week project in 18 weeks, within a compact live school environment. The project consisted of a full heating infrastructure and plantroom replacement to a two-storey building consisting of classrooms, offices, corridors, hall, and communal areas. The works were completed in a challenging live environment, with heating maintained to all occupied areas throughout the project.

- Insulation
- Water treatment
- HVAC Commissioning
- Building works, decoration and fire stopping
- Joinery works
