RB mechanical services acting as the principal contractor, completed the 30-week project, in 28 weeks within a compact live school environment. The project consisted of a full heating infrastructure replacement of the main two storey building consisting of classrooms, offices, corridors, hall, and communal areas. The works were completed in a challenging live environment, with heating maintained to all occupied areas throughout the project. The replacement with new services included the following.
